remove the spot! the lady cries aloud in her disdainwith bloody hands
we scrub and
rid ourselves the
unmet virtue that leaves
our soul bereft
but soap and water can’t
atone for us like lady macbeth
the marriage of physical and mental purity seems
inconsequential
but if we could only see
that Shakespeare has
effected us beyond
what we would think
our guilty hands and minds
receive forgiveness in the sink
sometimes ‘good decisions’ are made worse by our intentions
I find it quite
cathartic to
soak with hyacinth
to chose the right
for my conscience
if I’d my choice of gift
I would choose the antiseptic

I love it. Especially the last stanza. Given the choice, I'd choose the whiskey.
Did I ever tell you, that I am ever so glad to be a man ? I would rather stand up to a pillar of impossible strength, than a mirror of impossible beauty. This is good stuff, some of your more removed writing - which seems more universal ( albeit for women ) in its readership. It even feels pragmatic in the decision. I like it. I'm still glad I'm a man.
thanks guys. now, if you want to know what the hell it's about read this
bonita- i love that picture. definitely one of my better shots.

Hey thanks for the cut, no tangles today.
I love the use of marriege for ideas in the fact that they have issues togehter and love and have friction together like a marriage.
